We offer our services in a warm, compassionate, and relaxed environment where your pet feels comfortable and at ease. Our staff is committed to enhancing the physical, as well as the psychological well-being of the patients.

As part of the effort to promote the welfare of animals and the environment, THPH recycles, and donates part of the proceeds of the artwork displayed in the clinic to non-profit animal welfare organisations.

天后寵物醫院以生活化為主題，診所佈置富有大自然氣息，醫生制服以七彩動物圖案作花紋，洋溢溫暖感覺，充滿「家」的感覺，有別於一般診所內冰冷的氣氛。如此一來可以令小動物在陌生環境中放鬆，在會見獸醫時可以舒緩緊張的情緒，安心接受治療。

除了多項另類療法，實行電腦化的天后寵物醫院亦設備齊全：包括麻醉機、驗血機、控制打點滴速度的鹽水機及X光機等…我們亦同時為寵物提供各種身體檢查及測試等服務。

診所內擺放之藝術品及義賣物品均從愛心人士手中收集，收益全數捐給非牟利動物福利團體。致力促進及維護動物福利，透過定期舉辦興趣班及積極參與各慈善團體之活動，令您更了解寵物之行為及心理狀況，提昇您與寵物之相處技巧，亦是我們工作之一。
